His firm, Fogel Law Offices, P.A., is committed to the needs of individuals dealing with family concerns and offers a network of professionals that can provide assistance on topics ranging from financial issues to counseling for spouses and children.

Fogel is a frequent speaker for continuing legal education and is currently leading a series of courses to educate attorneys about Minnesota’s new child support law. He also serves on the Hennepin County Bar Association’s Family Law Section and is past president.

Fogel has made several appearances on radio and television to discuss issues related to divorce. In addition, he has been recognized as a “Super Lawyer” by Mpls.St. Paul Magazine, Twin Cities Business Monthly and Minnesota Law & Politics.

Fogel earned his law degree from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul. He earned his undergraduate degree in psychology, political science and education from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.

Fogel lives with his first wife and three children in St. Louis Park, Minnesota.
